Ceramic fiber Sample spoon is made from high alumina ceramic fiber; it is dedicated to collect metal liquid sample from furnace or ladle for chemical analysis. Ceramic fiber Sample spoon with Boron Nitride coating is applied to sampling in molten aluminum, to improve the non-wet property or temperature resistance.Preheated the scoop for three minutes before getting the metal liquid.Please do not scrape the scoop surface if it is dirty with slag or scrap, immerse the scoop into the molten liquid for cleaning. The product is through vacuum sunction filtering forming process. Working Temperature is from 1000~1700 ºC.
